(DCNN)\u662f\u533b\u5b66\u56fe\u50cf\u5206\u5272\u8fd9\u4e2a\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4e3b\u6d41\u6a21\u578b\u3002\u6839\u636e\u5377\u79ef\u7ef4\u5ea6\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5927\u81f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06\u5176\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a2D DCNN\u548c3D DCNN\u30022D DCNN\u76f8\u5bf9\u6765\u8bf4\u8ba1\u7b97\u91cf\u8981\u5c0f\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u53c2\u6570\u4e5f\u5c11\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5c40\u9650\u4e8e\u4e8c\u7ef4\u5e73\u9762\u4e0a\u7684\u5377\u79ef\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u5b83\u57283D\u533b\u5b66\u56fe\u50cf\u5206\u6790\u7684\u76f8\u5e94\u4efb\u52a1\u4e0a\u65e0\u6cd5\u6355\u6349\u5230\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6587\u4fe1\u606f\u30023D DCNN\u901a\u8fc7\u4e09\u7ef4\u5377\u79ef\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u5f88\u597d\u5730\u89e3\u51b3\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u7136\u800c\u5176\u4ee3\u4ef7\u662f\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u91cf\u3001\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u53c2\u6570\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u8003\u8651\u901a\u8fc7\u7ed3\u54082D DCNN\u548c3D DCNN\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u5728\u66f4\u5c11\u7684\u53c2\u6570\u3001\u66f4\u5c11\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u91cf\u4e0b\uff0c\u8fd8\u80fd\u5b66\u4e60\u5230\u6709\u6548\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6587\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u89e3\u51b33D\u533b\u5b66\u56fe\u50cf\u5206\u5272\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u672c\u6587\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2aLW-HCN (light-weigt hybrid convolutional network)\u6a21\u578b\u7528\u6765\u89e3\u51b3\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u5982\u56fe1\u6240\u793a\uff0cLW-HCN\u662f\u7531\u7f16\u7801\u89e3\u7801\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u6784\u6210\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7f16\u7801\u5668\u91c7\u7528\u4e862D\u5377\u79ef\uff08\u84dd\u8272\uff09\u548c3D\u5377\u79ef\uff08\u7eff\u8272\uff09\u6df7\u5408\u5806\u53e0\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u89e3\u7801\u5668\u5219\u5b8c\u5168\u91c7\u7528\u4e863D\u5377\u79ef\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u5e95\u5c42\u76842D\u5377\u79ef\u64cd\u4f5c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u964d\u4f4e\u6574\u4e2a\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u590d\u6742\u5ea6\u548c\u53c2\u6570\u91cf\uff0c\u9ad8\u5c42\u76843D\u5377\u79ef\u80fd\u591f\u6355\u6349\u5230\u4e30\u5bcc\u76843D\u8bed\u4e49\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5b9e\u73b0\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u8bed\u4e49\u5206\u5272\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u8fd8\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u4e00\u79cdDSTS(depthwise spatiotemporal separtate)\u5377\u79ef\u64cd\u4f5c\u6765\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u964d\u4f4e3D\u5377\u79ef\u7684\u53c2\u6570\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e0b\u9762\u4e3b\u8981\u4ece\u8be5\u6a21\u578b\u76842D\u5377\u79ef\u548c3D\u5377\u79ef\u64cd\u4f5c\u6a21\u5757\u8fdb\u884c\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. 2D\u5377\u79ef\u6a21\u5757\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u8f93\u5165\u5c42\uff0c3D\u533b\u5b66\u56fe\u50cf\u88ab\u62c6\u5206\u6210n\u4e2a2D\u5207\u7247\u8f93\u5165\u5230\u6a21\u578b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5e95\u5c42\u76842D\u7684\u5377\u79ef\u8fdb\u884c\u5207\u7247\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u63d0\u53d6\u64cd\u4f5c\u30022D\u7684\u5377\u79ef\u53ef\u4ee5\u5927\u5927\u964d\u4f4e\u6a21\u578b\u7684\u8ba1\u7b97\u590d\u6742\u5ea6\u548c\u53c2\u6570\u91cf\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u8fd8\u4fbf\u4e8e\u76f4\u63a5\u8fc1\u79fbImageNet\u4e0a\u9884\u8bad\u7ec3\u53c2\u6570\u3002\u5728\u5f97\u5230\u4e86n\u4e2a2D\u5207\u7247\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u540e\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2aTransformation\u5c42\u5c06\u8fdb\u884c\u7ef4\u5ea6\u53d8\u6362\u7684\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u5373\u5c06n\u4e2a2D\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u8fdb\u884c\u62fc\u63a5\uff0c\u5f97\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a3D\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u4f20\u5165\u5230\u540e\u7eed\u76843D\u5377\u79ef\u6a21\u5757\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u5904\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u91cd\u7ec4\u540e\u76843D\u7279\u5f81\u9001\u51653D\u5377\u79ef\u6a21\u5757\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6355\u6349\u5230\u7a7a\u95f4\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6587\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u964d\u4f4e3D\u5377\u79ef\u7684\u53c2\u6570\u91cf\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86DSTS\u5206\u89e3\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u5982\u56fe2\u6240\u793a\uff0c\u6807\u51c6\u76843x3x3\u4e09\u7ef4\u5377\u79ef\u5206\u89e3\u4e3a\u4e24\u4e2a\u6b65\u9aa4\uff1a\u9996\u5148\u662f\u5206\u89e3\u51faspatial\u548ctemporal\u4e24\u4e2a\u5206\u652f\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u8fdb\u884cintra-slice\u548cinter-slice\u7ef4\u5ea6\u4e0a\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u5b66\u4e60\u3002\u63a5\u7740\uff0c\u5728\u6bcf\u4e2a\u5206\u652f\u4e0a\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u8fdb\u884c1x3x3\u548c3x1x1\u7684\u6df1\u5ea6\u53ef\u5206\u79bb\u5377\u79ef(depthwise separable convolution)\uff0c\u5373\u9488\u5bf9\u6bcf\u4e2achannel\u72ec\u7acb\u5730\u8fdb\u884c\u5377\u79ef\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002\u6700\u540e\u5c06\u4e24\u4e2a\u5206\u652f\u4e0a\u7684\u7279\u5f81\u8fdb\u884c\u62fc\u63a5\u878d\u5408\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5206\u89e3\u7b56\u7565\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c063D\u5377\u79ef\u7684\u53c2\u6570\u91cf\u964d\u4f4e\u81f3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
